As we begin the new year, I want to thank our partners and our teams around the world for your trust, commitment, and hard work. On behalf of EPG, I wish you and your families a year filled with health, progress, and success.
Advancing Technology, One Breakthrough at a Time
Over the past year, technology has remained at the heart of EPG’s growth. We marked an important milestone with the global launch of the EPG #Diesel Generator Set, completing our evolution from a single-equipment supplier into a system-level power delivery solutions provider.
At the same time, breakthroughs in #magnetic levitation and #liquid-cooling technologies have strengthened our ability to support the high-density, high-power computing demands of the AI era.
The commissioning of our first automated welding production line, together with 9 newly granted national invention patents, brings our total to more than 50 patents, which further reflects our long-term commitment to innovation and execution.
These are not concepts developed in isolation. They are proven, market-ready technologies, designed to perform reliably and scale confidently in global markets.
Expanding Global Footprint Through Disciplined Execution
The Year of the Snake marked a turning point, when EPG’s global ambitions moved decisively from blueprint to execution.
We delivered on our commitment to make this our first year of internationalization. Our teams in Japan, Thailand, and Dubai brought new subsidiaries into full operation from day one, while construction of two manufacturing facilities in Malaysia moved forward steadily. Overseas deliveries of prefabricated modules grew significantly, and several flagship projects were successfully completed, further demonstrating EPG’s value in global markets.
We secured BOMBA certification in Southeast Asia, advanced COC and CE certifications, and cleared critical regulatory pathways. We were invited to participate in high-level forums such as the ASEAN–China–GCC Summit, expanded our green collaboration with Rolls-Royce, and were honored with the Frost & Sullivan Industry Leadership Award.
We also completed our Series A, A+, and nearly US$100 million Series B financing rounds, an endorsement of both our current performance and long-term confidence in the scalability and resilience of the EPG model, as well as the path ahead.
Confidence Across Borders
As we enter the new year, our priorities are clear: to broaden our global presence while continuing to strengthen our foundation.
As a growing global market player, we will further solidify our position in Southeast Asia while accelerating expansion into Europe, and the Middle East. By combining localized solutions with strategic partnerships, we aim to navigate regulatory complexity and unlock new opportunities across regions.
As an organization, we will continue to attract world-class talent, deepen collaboration between industry and academia, and build a global talent pipeline that can support EPG’s long-term international growth.
As a solution provider driven by innovation, we will remain closely aligned with the rapid growth of AI computing demand. We will accelerate the iteration of liquid-cooling systems, advance the commercialization of high-power diesel generation solutions, and deliver greater, greener value through a modular and highly adaptable approach, ensuring innovation and sustainability are embedded across EPG R&D, manufacturing, and project delivery.
2025’s achievements were made possible because of the dedication of every EPGer worldwide, and the continued trust and support of our partners. In 2026, EPG looks ahead with steady confidence, deepening our global partnerships, strengthening our presence alongside industry peers, and translating ambition into meaningful, lasting progress.
The path ahead is clear, and our journey forward continues.
