On May 6, EPG officially unveiled its first Thailand Service Center in Chonburi, marking a significant step in the company’s localization strategy across Southeast Asia. Representatives from major Thai banks, key suppliers, partners, and guests gathered on-site to witness this milestone in EPG’s regional expansion.
Chonburi sits at the heart of Thailand’s Eastern Economic Corridor, a key hub where advanced manufacturing, digital infrastructure, and computing power industries are rapidly converging. EPG’s founder and chairman, Alick Wan, emphasized that the establishment of the Thailand Service Center represents EPG’s transition in the Thai market from project delivery toward deeper local operations, enabling the company to support the growth of data center industries in Thailand and Southeast Asia through a closer customer service network, more efficient response mechanisms, and stronger local coordination capabilities.
The Chonburi Service Center will focus on four core functions: localized technical support, project delivery coordination, supply chain collaboration, and customer service. It will also work to deepen partnerships with local Thai suppliers, engineering partners, and industry resources. Centered on key areas including data center power distribution, liquid cooling technology, and modular delivery, the service center is designed to extend EPG’s response efficiency and service reach across the regional market, providing more locally-tailored support to customers in Thailand and Southeast Asia.
During the event, attendees expressed interest in and recognition of EPG’s ongoing investment in modular delivery, prefabricated manufacturing, and localized service infrastructure. Discussions touched on topics including Thailand’s digital economy development, data center infrastructure construction, and cross-regional industrial collaboration.
EPG has long been focused on AI, cloud computing, and hyperscale data center infrastructure, committed to delivering modular and prefabricated data center solutions. Through the Chonburi Service Center, EPG aims to further strengthen its Southeast Asia service network, combining global delivery expertise with local coordination capabilities to continue serving Thailand and the broader Southeast Asian region — working alongside regional partners to build a more efficient, reliable, and sustainable digital infrastructure ecosystem.
